Which water filtration vacuum is the most effective subtitute to Rainbow?
I am sold on the water filtration system for vacuums. I would never want air being moved around esp now that my son was diagnosed with asthma. However, Rainbow is way too expensive! So I am on the look out for the most effective alternative. Here are the top 3:
Shark CW240- 1.51 at Amazon and other websites. Pretty good reviews, but no hepa filter. But again, my priority is that it works on a water filtration system.
Frontgate Water Filtration Hydro Vacuum- 9, has hepa filter and more, but only available at their website. No reviews available, but product sounds good.
Thanes H20 Vac-9, has hepa filter for an added amt of money as well as other crucial parts of a vacuum (suction head for crevices)! I don’t really like scammy marketing strategies like that. Available reviews are only at their website.
So which one do you think is most practical and effective?

I hate to say it, but Rainbow is the best. I wouldnt chose any of those. I used to work for Rainbow. And every house I went to, I showed up their vaccum cleaner and proved theirs didnt work right. And not once has anyone proved Rainbow wrong. I dont know if you talked to an associate or not. But you can make monthly payments as low as 75 dollars for the Rainbow. It is pricey, but it is worth your money.
I would have to say, don’t waste your money on any other choice but the Rainbow, I don’t sell them and never have, but I did see a demo and I just ordered one for myself. They are hands down better , if you look at consumer reports they show that the Rainbow has fewer repairs than ANY other brand, and you really have to see it to believe it. They are a quality product and from reading several reviews and doing my intensive research it’s a no brainer, the new ones even work as a CERTIFIED air cleaner! They are way too expensive, but they last forever, average of the older models was about 20 years, I think the new electric motor ones are supposed to last 50! Get yourself a demo and you won’t be sorry… They are amazing!!
I did not use the first two vaccums, but stupid me I ordered the H2O Vac and what a disappointment it is….I got it on Sat and I’m sending it back tomorrow….it’s poorly constructed and the parts are falling apart…trust me it’s not worth it!
I have been using Rainbow for the past 11 years here in Malaysia n damm, its a good stuff. Thou its expensive but worth every penny. My wife not getting any ashtma attack and the amount of money i save on the long run is good especially when it comes for her medication. I have came across number of water based vacum but they are hardly good n don’t deliver. You can see a lot of water based vacum in the market but seldom something is good. I bought Rainbow because of their company reputation and the after sales service n they only sell one product and one model
