Disputes, how will they be handled?
Arbitration. All contracts should contain clauses specifying what form of arbitration should be conducted and by whom if disputes cannot be resolved between the contractor and the person hiring the contractor.

Ask if the company is financially solvent, will they be able to finish the job and be around to honor the warranty? Ask them for a letter from the bank verifying solvency. Does he have a bond?

remodeling or repair must be licensed. Basically, you need a license to bid on any job over $750 in Arizona. If they dont have a contractors license, they are operating illegally.
