It seems like it would be safe to me. Being pregnant myself a swim in an 82 degree pool sounds wonderful! I think you can safely go for it. Plus it would be great exercise!

I would say that would be fine to go in as long as your not going into extreme heat such as a hot tub. Why not swimmings healthy!! Have fun!!

its fine. you just cant get in a hot tub because the temp would be too hot for baby and can cause you some issues.

First answerer is mistaken, it is perfectly safe to go swimming unless you’ve been told not to do so. I spent a lot of time in the swimming pool while I was pregnant and had no complications because of it. Helps with a sore back later in the pregnancy too.
The water isn’t too warm or too cold, so you should be fine as long as your not out in the cold for it to shock the body.

yes its safe.
if its too much for you, your body will let you know,
when i was 7weeks pregnant with my daughter i went into an outdoor hot tub, it was great, had flashing disco lights under the water, had an attached radio with a waterproof floating remote control!! but after about 10minuets i felt really hot and faint, i had to get out.
your body will tell you what you can and cant do

It is safe to swim while you are pregnant, as long as you are not on bedrest for complications. It is not safe to raise your body temperature above the normal 98.6, that’s why they tell you not to use a hot tub because they are usually over 100. 82 degree water is perfectly safe. Enjoy your swim!

Swimming is great exercise during pregnancy. Heated pools are normally luke warm. There is no danger there. Hot tubs is what you want to stay way from.

I’d ask your doctor to be sure but as long as the water isn’t above 90 degrees I think it would be fine because its safe to take warm baths as well. However avoid the saunas and hot tubs they are definitely to hot. Good luck!
