I’m making steak tonight for dinner, and the recipe I am using calls for an outdoor grill.
I don’t have one, but I do have a small indoor grill that you plug in.
I was just curious if I can use that small grill, or even a skillet and still have it turn out the same.
Usually when I cook steak, I broil it, but have recently moved and no longer have the pan to broil them.
If anyone could let me know that would be great.
There were four fledglings until this one fell out. It’s been about a week since they hatched (they aren’t blind anymore, so I know it’s been more than 5 days) and I tried putting the baby bird back in its nest, but its mommy rejects it. I would like to help out, but I don’t know much about taking care of baby birds. How should I go about doing this for the poor thing?

Food: Taco Bar and Dessert Bar
We don’t have a specific theme. We HATE beachy, shells, luau, etc… We were thinking torches (not Tiki) and maybe having a raised platform for us to sit on, but after that I’m stuck. We are not traditional, but do not want tacky!!! Ceremony will be in a local Park and then we want to have a huge party/reception outdoors, maybe on a family friend’s land so we can stick stuff in the ground etc.
